I track all of my runs over on Daily Mile. (They’re not always uploaded in a timely manner.)
Beginning November 2011, I’m scheduling and tracking all of my workouts using this Google spreadsheet. Workouts will be scheduled weekly and tracked daily.
I will try my best to update this page weekly with the previous week’s fitness log.

What race are you training for? Is it one here in Chicago? I love 5Ks, you’re gonna do great!
Obviously I dropped the ball on the training, but it’s for the Ravenswood Run 5K on April 25th. I’m going to be dumping this plan and starting my half training a little early. I’m trying to run (at least) a 5K per month til the half.
