It’s only 10:30am, and I’ve nearly broken my ankle twice. This is why I don’t wear heels.
I stuck with my “personal upkeep” challenge (I really need a cleverer name for that.) this morning and made myself look put together before leaving the house…hair straightened, make up applied, necklace and earrings, and heels.
Breakfast this morning was some pumpkin oats. I only had ½ c. of vanilla soy milk left, so the oats turned out a bit “chunkier” than usual. I added 1 T. of almond butter, ¼ c. pumpkin and some cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice. Sadly my oats were a little bland this morning. Still very filling though.
I don’t have much right now, but here’s a preview of what you can expect in the next couple days.
- I’m planning to work out my race schedule/ some training schedules in the next day or so.
- I still need to look over the sheet from my training sesh with Sarah and create a strength schedule for myself.
- I realized I never posted about the trip to Santorini in Greek Town from a couple weekends ago. Expect that tonight!
