Last night was quite a production. I wasn’t hungry when I got home from work because of my huge lunch. I knew I was goig to end up hungry in the middle of yoga so I ate some carrots with TJ’s Cilantro & Chive Yogurt dip. (By the way, this dip is phenominal.)
Yoga class was really good. It didn’t start off well since I was running late. I got distracted playing with my parent’s camera (more about that later), and left my house 5 minutes after I should have. Thankfully the girl who teaches this particular class is a bit flaky and rarely gets it started right on time. I was still stressing about being late though. Once I got there I relax and let myself focus on my body. I really think it was my best class in a long time. I held my poses strong, my flows were solid, and I focused my breathing when things would start to get tight. I was going to run for a bit after class, but by the time it was over, I was starving!
There was a last minute decision to forego the salad and make some spaghetti squash spaghetti. It wasn’t my best ever, but it definitely hit the spot.

Topped it off with a bit of mozzarella cheese and we were all set.
Chris and I ate, relaxed and then went to bed. I was so tired yesterday. I guess that explains why I not only didn’t get up early to work out, but I also overslept by about 15 minutes. My body must have needed the rest though. I’ve been woken up by an alarm clock around 6am since I was in grade school; it’s very rare that I oversleep.
I showered, dressed, and hair & make-upped quick before making myself some chocolate peanut butter banana oats.
I still managed to make the later of the two bus options that get me to work on time!
